Terms of service

These terms cover the Saturday Open Haus website and our rooms. By using the site or requesting a seat, you agree to them. Questions go to hello@saturdayopenhaus.com.

Who it is for

Saturday Open Haus is for licensed real estate agents. Seats are by request: we review each one, and we may approve, waitlist or decline any request.

Your pass

An approved request gets a pass for that room. It is yours alone and cannot be transferred. At the door we may check your license and ask for ID.

In the room

Follow the house rules on our home page. We may ask anyone who does not to leave.

Photos and video

The room is filmed and photographed for our social media and website. By requesting a seat, you agree you may appear on camera. Ask us and we will take down a photo or clip of you.

Changes to a room

Dates, times, venue and program can change. If they do, we tell approved guests by email.

Our content

The text, photos, video and design on this site and our social accounts belong to Saturday Open Haus. You are welcome to share our posts. Please do not copy them as your own.

Our social media posting tool

We post to our own Instagram, Facebook, Threads, YouTube and TikTok accounts with a tool of our own. Those platforms are not part of Saturday Open Haus and their own terms apply there, including the YouTube Terms of Service. How we handle information is in our privacy policy.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, we update this page and the date at the top.
